Registration Information for the 2009-2010 School Year
Registration Opens March 3rd, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.
You may download, print, and complete the forms from our site, and submit them in person, at our preschool beginning March 3, 2009.
- 2009-2010 Registration Packet
- Washington State Immunization Form New required WA State form
Must be completed and signed by parent/guardian
