There will be a Special Voter's meeting on Sunday, September 19th at 11:15 A.M. for the purpose of considering the payment of compensation owed Pastor Moeller and DCE Sara Eustic-Brown.  Details of the compensation owed will be provided in a separate notice before the meeting.

Starting Sunday October 17^th we will be offering Generation Change again for parents and youth.  This is a four week Bible study that looks at Biblical principles on money.  We will cover such topics as tithing, budgets, and consumerism.  The cost is $15, which includes a take home workbook.  A sign-up sheet is available on the youth bulletin board outside Sara’s office.

Just a reminder that we have switched to our new youth group schedule.  We’ll be meeting Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:30pm.  Also, don’t forget that High School meets the first, third and when applicable the fifth Wednesday of the month. Middle School meets every week.

The fall is quickly approaching which means school is starting up and so is Confirmation. On Sunday September 12^th following the 10:00am service we will be having a meeting for all those interested in being in confirmation this fall. Confirmation is generally for 6^th and 7^th graders and in previous years has met late Wednesday afternoons. At the meeting we will be discussing what will be covered in the class and deciding the day/time we will be meeting.  If you have questions please contact Pastor Ted, or Sara Eustice-Brown (dce@vanflock.org). If you plan on attending please let Ted or Sara know by September 9^th.

October 3^rd following the 10:00am service  This meeting is for youth (Bring your parents!) who are interested in coming on our 2011 mission trip to San Diego.  This trip is open to current 6^th -12^th graders.  We will cover the details for the trip as well as cost, fundraising etc.  If you plan on attending please contact Sara Eustice-Brown (
